Responsible to: Head of HR

Responsible for: Supporting care leavers aged 21+ on their journey to meaningful employment and independent living by providing employment guidance, resources, and support services with the aim of sustainable employment at our charity with ongoing person-centred support. 

Based: Watford

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Rate of pay: £28,600 – £31,000 pro rata

Contract length: Permanent
