Welcome to Hertfordshire Mind Network
We provide mental health and wellbeing support for people across Hertfordshire. We offer a wide range of services at our eight Wellbeing Centres and other local venues. Our support is open to everyone in Hertfordshire aged 18 and over, and we have dedicated services for children and young people aged 5 to 19.
Our goal is to make sure no one in Hertfordshire faces mental health challenges alone.
We are a local Mind, connected to the national Mind charity. We raise our own funds to keep our services running, and every donation helps people right here in Hertfordshire.
Ways we can help
Nightlight Crisis Service
Our countywide out-of-hours crisis service provides a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing a crisis. We are open every single day, from 7pm – 1am

Children and Young People’s Services
Our children and young people’s services are open every day from 2pm – 10pm (excluding bank holidays). They create a safe, supported space for children and young people to get the help they need.
Training Provision
Â
We provide high quality training services both online and in-person, to voluntary, statutory and private sector organisations locally (and nationally) with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.
The Sadie Centre
Â
The Sadie Centre is about health promotion and illness prevention – about empowering people of all ages and backgrounds with tools and techniques to enable them to take responsibility for their own health.
